Voice
Operator commands — by the rules and audited
Voice is a command layer for warehouse, logistics and back-office operators: a catalogue of allowed commands, intent resolution and audited execution.
Built for: Warehouse and logistics operators, fleet staff, production shift supervisors and back-office staff.
Value
Voice is not a general voice assistant: only allowed commands run, under clear rules, and every action leaves an audit trail. Speech recognition and speech synthesis are not working features yet; they are on the roadmap.
How it works
Voice handles the part of voice operations where a mistake costs the most: what exactly to run, and whether it is allowed. An operator's command is matched against a catalogue of allowed actions under clear rules. If a command is ambiguous the system asks again; if it is not allowed, nothing runs.
Every execution carries a key, so a resent request will not run the action a second time, and the execution record keeps who started it and in what context. Voice input and spoken replies are not working features yet; voice picking in the warehouse is being developed as the first applied scenario.
Implemented capabilities

Operation sessions
A separate session for an operator's commands.
- 02

- 04
Command clarification
A dialogue in which the system asks again until the command is unambiguous.
- 05
Execution log
Every execution is recorded with who ran it and the result.

Target use cases
The use cases this product is being built for. They do not mean every capability described is already available.
Warehouse picking
An operator steps through a task with short commands, one step at a time.
Field operations
A worker records that an action is done with a short command.
Back office
Routine system actions run from the command catalogue, with an audit trail.
Status · In development
The product is in development. Implemented capabilities are listed above; timing and access are discussed in a consultation.
Questions and answers
Does Voice recognise speech?
Not yet. Speech recognition and speech synthesis are on the roadmap; today Voice processes commands that reach the system as text.
Does Voice understand any phrase?
No, by design: only commands from the catalogue run, and intent is resolved deterministically, without generative models.
How do I get access to Voice?
Voice is in development: speech input does not work yet, and the operator runs commands from a catalogue. Email or call us for a demo.
