How it works
Work in TMS starts with a trip. A dispatcher creates it, enters the customer, cargo and price, builds the route from loading and unloading stops, and assigns a vehicle and a driver. While anything is missing the trip cannot start, so an incomplete trip never goes into work.
The trip then moves through its stages from start to completion. Drivers see their trips in their workspace and mark the start and the end themselves, while the dispatcher dashboard shows today's trips and those that need attention. TMS has no GPS tracking: dispatchers and drivers update the trip status.

Pick a vehicle and a driver from those available in the company, change or remove them, set the required vehicle type.

Use cases
Planning a trip
A dispatcher creates a trip, sets the route stops and assigns a vehicle and driver.
Running a shipment
The driver sees the current trip in their workspace while the trip moves from start to completion.
Changes on the road
When the plan changes, stops can be added, removed or reordered, and the trip can be cancelled.

How it is calculated
- Time = trips × minutes per trip ÷ 60
- Time value = time × hourly cost
- TMS = the greater of 1,000 UAH or vehicles × 200 UAH
- Difference = time value − TMS cost
